The special court has ordered Bikal Poudel, the then executive director of the Security Press, to provide his opinion on the evidence of his US PR (permanent residence).
The special court bench of members Narayan Prasad Poudel, Hemanta Rawal and Umesh Koirala made the order on Wednesday. The government prosecutor's office had submitted evidence related to his US PR. The special court's information officer Parbati Hitan said that the order was to obtain the defendant's opinion on the evidence.
