A 15-member study committee has been formed under the leadership of SSP Krishna Pangeni, including SP Dadhiram Neupane, to study the incident of Kanchanpur's teenager Nirmala Panta, who was raped and murdered after being raped, and to investigate the subsequent investigation and investigation report, and to bring those involved in the crime to justice.

Now, Inspector General Karki has again formed a committee led by SSP Pangeni to study and investigate the previous investigations, studies and investigation reports on this issue.

On 2075 August, Panta's body was found raped and murdered in a sugarcane field in Nimbukheda, Bhimdatta Municipality-18, Kanchanpur.

After the incident, a team from the Central Investigation Bureau of the police, which went from Kathmandu to assist the team from the District Police Office, Kanchanpur, to investigate the incident in detail, arrested Dilip Singh Bista at around 8:30 pm on Bhadra 23 days after the incident.
