Following the death of senior artist Sunil Thapa, artists and their well-wishers have reached Norvic Hospital.
He was taken to Norvic Hospital on Saturday morning after falling unconscious in his own apartment in Shankhamul. He died during treatment. Currently, Neer Shah, Tulsi Ghimire, Saroj Khanal, Shiv Shrestha, Wilson and Bikram Rai are in the hospital. Tulsi Ghimire, who is in the hospital, said that Thapa's sons in India are on their way. Thapa is also known by the nickname 'Rate Kaila' in the Nepali film industry. He got this name from the movie 'Chino'. Thapa's latest Nepali film is 'Eklo'.
Born in 1957, Thapa is also the president of Everest Film Academy.
