The Patan High Court's commercial bench of Justices Lal Bahadur Kunwar and Geeta Prasad Timsina on Monday extended the investigation period for another 5 days in the banking offence case against Prabhu Bank CEO Ashok Sherchan, DCO Maniraj Pokharel, CCO Riwash Shrestha and Rajendra Shakya.
The bank's CEO Sherchan and 4 others were arrested by a team of the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of the police from their head office in Bijuli Bazaar on November 14.
