They have also submitted a memorandum to Home Minister Aryal. It contains 26 demands. These demands include change in the system, establishment of a Hindu Rashtra, waiver of loans of up to Rs 2 million for poor people, and provision for repayment of loans exceeding that amount over 25 years at 5 percent interest.
During the discussion, they expressed happiness that the government has tried to listen to them for the first time since the campaign reached the ministry.
