The Supreme Court has ordered the documents to be handed over to the writ petition, which said that the Prime Minister should take a vote of confidence after the Civil Liberties Party withdrew its support.

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court bench of Justices Mahesh Sharma Paudel and Nriphadwaj Niraula ordered the Civil Liberation Party to return the letter sent to the Parliament Secretariat stating that it had withdrawn its support from the government and the letter of re-support.

Similarly, the court has ordered the resignation of minister Arun Kumar Choudhary, who participated in the government from the Civil Liberation Party.

In addition to this, there has been an order to obtain necessary details from the Election Commission regarding the legality of NAUPA and the office bearer dispute.

The second hearing has been held today in the writ filed by advocate Birendra KC.
