It seems that the details of this incident were made public on Thursday afternoon at 1:41 pm from the ID of Khagendra Sunar on Facebook. But it contained false facts such as caste discrimination was the cause of the child's death and that the physical infrastructure development minister of the Far West, Surendra Bahadur Pal, was hit by a vehicle. Based on this post, it seems that this news has also spread on 'X' (old Twitter) and Tiktok. It seems that many accounts on Tiktok use the minister's picture and the child's picture.
3. Why did the Minister of Physical Infrastructure Development of the Far West join this incident? 
Minister's car hit him but the child did not die, why did he get involved in this incident? Because the work of piling sand on the river side was done by Ninglasaini Construction . This company is registered in the name of Minister Pal's wife Manisha Pal. Minister Pal claimed that the said company is in the name of his wife and it is being run by local Man Bahadur Nath on rent. Nath, who came in contact with Kantipur, said that there is no written agreement to run the construction company. Minister Pal elected from UML said that he has no complicity in this incident. He said that the child died due to electric shock and said, 'I have no involvement in that incident, I have not been to Baitadi since June. My character is being assassinated with political bias.'
Minister Pal's secretariat has issued a statement and said that false propaganda has been spread by attaching the minister's name to the incident. The statement said, 'The Secretariat of the Minister rejects such misleading and baseless status. We will file a complaint against him in the Cyber Cell of Nepal Police and proceed with the legal process.

After the incident, the relatives of the deceased demanded compensation and took a stand that the body would not be buried. Locals blocked the road from the morning of the second day. The post-mortem of the dead body kept in Gokuleshwar Hospital was not done. Rashtriya Swatantra Party and Congress Rural Municipality issued a statement about the incident and demanded an investigation into the truth of the incident. Both parties have claimed that Minister Pal is responsible for the incident.
After the local party protested and the locals blocked the road, the activists along with Ward President Raghuveer Bohra moved forward to settle the incident . They deposited five lakhs in the account of Rajmati, the mother of the deceased. Then the relatives agreed to do the post-mortem and to understand the body . Rajamati said that after the child's death, when she was in a state of unconsciousness, she was more pained when she heard that the case was settled for five lakh rupees. "I came to know that the money was deposited in the account only after I came to my senses," Rajamati said. 
5. What was the role of the police in this incident?
Deceased Kiran's father has already died. Therefore, 13 days after the incident, Rajamati went to the district police office to file a complaint on 30th July saying that she wanted justice more than money. He said, 'When I tried to pay the money, I deposited it in the account of the deceased's mother, Rajmati, with the advice of her relatives including Harichandra Koli, a local teacher who is also a teacher. Devendra Koli, a relative of the deceased child who is a teacher working in Mahadev Mavi Pansera, was also aware of the money being given to the deceased family. He said that the issue of compensation was raised on the second day of the incident. Seven or eight people, including Harichandra, the youngest son of the deceased child, gathered at the Apinampa Hotel in Gokuleshwar and police inspectors of Patan and Gokuleshwar, Chief Administrative Officer of Dilasaini Rural Municipality Ganesh Bahadur Bohra, Ward President Raghuveer Bohra, Municipal Spokesman Yagya Raj Bhatt and others participated in it. He told that in the discussion, he was advised to demand relief and compensation from the Electricity Authority and give five lakhs immediately.
