Acquittal of the suspended Chief Secretary Aryal
The authority has mentioned the previous precedent and said, "In the case of Pushparatna called Ashwin Kumar Stambala against the Government of Nepal, the fact presented as the cause of the incident has been proven by other independent evidences, so the authentic value of such a statement cannot be questioned if it is claimed before the court that the statement is voluntary and adverse." (N.K.P.2066, No. No. 8069, Part 51, Issue 2 Full Bench) against the background of the precedent, the decision to clear on the basis that the said defendants denied the crime only for the purpose of avoiding punishment is erroneous and void.
