In the same way, RSWP has held 3 different opinions saying that there should be a system with full scholarship and housing facilities. Maoists and RSVP also have different views on whether ECD facilitators should be considered as teachers. The RPP has a different opinion on making private schools non-profit.

According to the chairman of the committee, Ammar Bahadur Thapa, the bill with the report passed by the committee will be submitted in the next meeting of the House of Representatives.

Even though the bill was prepared to be passed by the committee on June 15th,  The delay was due to opposition from teachers' federations and private school administrators. The bill was passed by the committee amid the dissatisfaction of the federation school administrators.

Pabson and National Pabson, the association of private school operators, have started a protest from Thursday expressing dissatisfaction with the school education bill. Similarly, the teachers' federation is also preparing for the movement.
