Nepali mountaineer Prakashraj Pandey has successfully climbed the 'Castrange Pyramid' snow peak in Indonesia.
Climber Pandey hoisted the Nepali national flag with the moon and sun on it at 9:30 local time on Sunday morning on the snow peak in the Papua province of Indonesia.
This is his fifth mountain climbing in this special campaign of Seven Summits, while he has climbed more than a dozen mountains at different times.
He said that he is on the Seven Summit expedition and now he has yet to climb the mountains of North American continent, Antarctica and Australia. He said that he would climb Denali Mountain in the United States, Vinson in Antarctica and Kosciuszko in Australia in suitable weather.
After climbing Everest for the first time in 2018, he said that he had the desire to reach the Seven Summits. After climbing the mountains of other continents, he said that he plans to come back to Nepal and finish this expedition at Everest.
