After the administration of the court wrote a letter in the style of the verdict from the bench and gave it to the police, it has been revealed that Resham Choudhary, the guardian of Civil Liberation Party (NAUPA), was arrested.
Mahimansingh Bista, Branch Officer of the Supreme Court's Case and Writ Division, has reversed the amnesty decision made earlier by President Ramchandra Paudel. On the basis of this letter, the police arrested Chaudhary from Nepal Pragya Pratishthan on Wednesday.

The police have explained that Chaudhary was arrested to implement the order of the Supreme Court. After his arrest, he was sent to Dillibazar Jail.
