At present, there are 6 MPs in the Federal Parliament, 1 directly elected by popular vote and 5 proportionally. There are 4 MPs directly elected for civil liberties. After the merger, the party's number of MPs will be 10. In the election of 2079, the popular vote brought 394 thousand 655 votes proportionally and the civil emancipation brought 271 thousand seven hundred 22 votes . Adding the proportional number of votes of both parties will be 666 thousand 377 . Which vote is more than the proportional number of votes received by RPP, which is currently the fifth party in the House of Representatives. RPPA has 588 thousand 849 votes on the proportional side . Similarly, Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal received 421 thousand 314 votes proportionally.

There are 7 MPs in Sudurpaschim Provincial Assembly, 4 MPs in Lumbini and one MP in Madhesh Province. There are 3 MPs in Lumbini and 13 MPs in Madhesh. After party unification, there will be 7 MPs in Lumbini State Assembly and 14 MPs in Madhesh State. In the provincial assembly elections, civil emancipation got 3 lakh 19 thousand 158 votes and public opinion got 5 lakh 25 thousand 687 votes. If both are added, there are 844 thousand 845 votes .
