Energy Minister did not approve visit order to seek clarification: Ghising

The Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority Kulman Ghising said that Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Deepak Khadka did not approve the order to visit Kattikayata to ask for an explanation. Ghising gave the explanation that the minister asked for on Tuesday.
