Since this morning, the weather has changed all over the country, including Kathmandu. It is cloudy in the valley. The weather has changed due to the partial influence of western winds as well as the western low pressure system in the country.

According to the Department of Water and Meteorology, Weather Forecast Division, there will be normal rain in some places in the afternoon.

According to meteorologist Sanjiv Adhikari, currently the weather is partly cloudy to mostly clear in Sudurpaschim Province, Karnali Province, Lumbini Province, Gandaki Province and Bagmati Province. According to him, the change started from West Nepal yesterday evening and spread to most of the areas today.

It is mentioned in the bulletin issued by the department this morning that there is light rain in a few places in Far West Province and Karnali Province. Light snowfall is also occurring in a few places in the high hilly and Himalayan areas of Far Western Province and Karnali Province. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain in many places of Sudurpaschim Province as well as some places of Karnali Province and Koshi Province and light rain in few places of the rest of the province.

There is a possibility of light to moderate snowfall in some places in the high hilly and Himalayan areas of Sudurpaschim Province, Karnali Province and Koshi Province as well as in one or two places in Gandaki Province and Bagmati Province. Also, in the morning, there is a possibility of fog/fog in a few places in Terai and valley.
