The fire that started at Sangrila Ply Industry at 2 o'clock last night has not yet been brought under control. The fire that broke out in the industry in Dang's Ghorahi sub-metropolis-9 Khaira has not been brought under control till now.

The chief district officer of Dang, Krishna Prasad Lamsal, is currently extinguishing the fire with seven fire engines.

Dang's Ghorahi, Tulsipur sub-metropolitan city and Lamhi municipality and Bardia's Bansgarhi municipality, Banke's Kohalpur municipality, Kapilvastu's Shivraj municipality and Rupandehi are continuing to extinguish the fire. Prajia Lamsal said that there was a delay in extinguishing the fire because there were many materials used to make the ply. Prajia Lamsal said that although there were settlements nearby, the risk to those settlements was reduced.

It is estimated that the loss of crores has been caused by the fire . However, details of the damage have not arrived yet. Nepali Army, Nepal Police, security agencies including the Armed Police Force, locals and others are controlling the fire.
