Writer Bhattarai said at the event, ”Although the title has highlighted the color purple, the story has all the colors. There are splashes of different colors in the story. Each character is seen in their own color.”

Writer Subin Bhattarai's new collection of stories 'Chameliko Phool Baijani Rumal' has been released. The book was released at the Pragya Pratishthan's Dobli by writer Subin and his fan Rashmila Thapa, who came from Chitwan specifically for the event.
Writer Subin said in the program, ‘Even though the title has made the color purple shine, the story has all the colors. The story has different colors splashed. Each character is seen in their own color.’ The only speaker at the
program, he said that these stories are the product of his ambition for cinema. ‘My passion for cinema since childhood grew into adulthood when I became an adult. And the audience in me had the ambition to make a cinema,’ he said, ‘Although I did not have the courage and skills to make a cinema, I easily made up my mind that I could write stories as good as and similar to cinema.’ These seven-color stories are the result of ambition and greed.'
Subin, who entered the literary world with the story collection 'Kathaki Patra', has previously published novels 'Saya', 'Summer Love', 'Monsoon', 'Priya Sufi' and 'Ijoriya'. 'Jameliko Phool Baijani Rumal' has been published by Fine Print.
