The government's decision to grant two days of leave amid the fuel crisis will also be applicable to government hospitals. Health Ministry spokesperson Dr. Prakash Budhathoki has issued a press release, informing that private and emergency services and scheduled surgeries will remain the same.
'...In accordance with the government's policy of 'two public holidays a week', pre-scheduled surgeries on Sundays, including those scheduled, will be rescheduled to ensure the convenience of patients,' the release said.
