Again the same 'Silk Philly'

Everyone in the village has to go to America. Hazmola has to go to America, Resham (Vinay Shrestha) also has to go to America. The brother who sews the coat will go to America, the son's husband who does not have a US visa will go to America. The daughter's husband should also send his daughter to America and call himself America.

Anyway, everyone in Silk Village will go to America . Therefore, everyone queues up and fills the DV, at the end, the DV falls into the silk pot! Then the village itself behind the silk . The hajmola behind the silk has a different purpose. Hajmola, who dreamed of going to America before Resham, has to tear the passport and stop Resham from flying abroad.

The story of 'Pheri Resham Philili', a comedy genre prepared under the direction of Niroj Maharjan, begins in this Serofero . If you look at the situation of the country, everyone in Nepal has to go abroad. Unemployment, scarcity, extreme despair, high prices, everyone has to fly abroad to meet basic needs. Whether it is America or Japan, Korea or the Gulf, how many people would be left in this country if visas were easily available? 'Pheri Resham Filili' is strong to a certain extent in the satire of the social picture, image and current situation of the country that the

film tries to show. However, when the narrative style of the film is superficial, the use of humor in it, the issue to be raised has become weak.

The story of the film only revolves around the American dream. From dialogues, scenes to events, when America is moving around, the subject that the story is trying to raise becomes dull . The story of the film revolves around the same thing, the story does not move forward . Most scenes are exaggerated. The story, characters and situations  Not reliably presented . Why would someone try to tear another's passport? If the film does not enter into such sensitive topics, most of the events seem unbelievable.

It's easy to pick up the story of the film . In 'Resham Filili', Reshham, who was going to Qatar, was left stranded in a forest in Chitwan. After leaving her old mother alone in the village, Resham starts a struggle in Kathmandu. After that, the life of silk gets entangled in one problem after another. He is not alone in this problem, his friend Hariya (Kameshwar Chaurasia) is also with him. While overcoming the problem, silk does not reach Qatar,  They return to the village. The story of 'Feri Resham Filili' revolves around the journey of this Resham back to the village to complete the DVD, the process he has to go to America after completing the DVD, the problems he faces.  Most of the characters in the

film are loud. Meanwhile, silk is the opposite. Vinay has again presented the innocent nature in Resham through his acting . In this film, Kameshwar Chaurasia has shown his strong presence again through Hariya character. Be it the dialogues he speaks or the comic lines in the film, he looks balanced in all. This character makes the audience laugh every time he appears. However, when most of the scenes are lengthened, Hariya's comic line becomes weak in some scenes. There are many such scenes in this film, which could have been edited out. When most of the scenes are long, the story doesn't hold the audience's attention in the same way.

This film is not sensitive to sexual and minority communities. Most of the Nepali films have been using sexual and minority community characters in a vulgar way just to make the audience laugh. The sufferings of the said community, their issues and feelings are shown on the screen only to make the audience laugh . In this sense, the character of Pushpa (Mahesh Pradhan) has also been made a funny character throughout the film to make the audience laugh. As the physical movements of this character are captured by the camera and displayed on the screen, its intention is to make Pushpa a subject of jokes and make the audience laugh . The dialogue used on topics like gay love, their sexual identity is also insensitive.

A scene in the film is so understated that it reflects the director's approach to this minority community and their issues. When all the characters are dispersing, the body of Pushpa's lover Kunal is carried away wrapped in a saree in the tumult/run. Should a gay man wear a saree to marry his lover? What is the director trying to say from this scene by wearing a saree ? Is it not possible for a man to love as a man? He must continue to disguise himself as a woman. In some scenes of the film, big dialogues are also mixed in about the need to change the view of the society and the family towards the sexual and minority communities. However, in the way the characters of those communities, their feelings are presented in the scene, there is no rhyme to these dialogues .

The film is also weak in portraying female characters . From the beginning to the end of this film, 2 women are continuously shown, who want to marry Resham . As it happens, these two characters will marry Resham . Why ? To get married to Resham, who is DV, and go to America . It is not shown in the film that they made any effort to go to America on their own.

The comment that women can go abroad only by depending on men is established in the film, when another female character Munal (Supushpa Bhatt), who is seen in a leading role, also sees only resham to go to America . Whether it is holding a gun and standing against injustice or standing up for brother Pushpa, this character who stands strong everywhere has also been shown.

Despite having power, wealth and ability, this character needs the help of Silk to reach America. Why ? To take revenge on the ex-boyfriend who came to America! This character is shown very innocently in front of a woman who is walking around the world on her own.  A

film can tell a big story from a few scenes without dialogue. Most of the people use this power of the film in the visual language. However, while most of the topics are raised in this film, the dialogue is used, the scene does not raise them much . Therefore, the main theme of 'Pheri Resham Filili' seems to be a message.

As the message was hung at the end of the films made in the 90s, when adopting the same style, the narrative style of 'Pheri Resham Philili' seems to be stuck to 'Resham Philili' of a decade ago . While making the sequel of the film, if the director had been involved in this aspect of the story, the subject raised by the film would have entered the hearts/minds of the audience.
