Director Subedi has presented the story of the love between Jamuna, who runs a hotel, and Gopal, who earns a living by selling goods on a bicycle, in the video of the song, which has lyrics by Oli. Screenplay is by actress Suraksha Pant. Priyanka, who is busy with
films, acted in the video after a long gap. Actress Karki has said about the reason for ``manko tirsna'', ``some song is acted with satisfaction from the heart'', ``Yes, this is one of those songs.'' Lyricist Oli said that he composed its words to express simple and unwavering love in simple words.
'Recently, it seems that the goal of making music more viral than simple music has gone wrong,' Oli, who is also the presenter of the song, added, 'I made this song with the intention of giving a sweet feeling to the audience rather than for momentary discussion.' Most of the songs have garnered over a million views on YouTube.
'Manko Tirsna', composed by Deepak Sharma, has arrangements by Udayraj Paudel and mixing mastering by Shyamshwet Rasaili. The video shot by Pawan Susling was edited by director Subedi himself.
