Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority, Kulman Ghising, has said that the Minister of Energy Deepak Khadka cannot take action against Goswara's allegations without confirming the fault in the explanation.

In reply to the two-point explanation asked by Minister Khadka on Tuesday, Ghising has also said that all the allegations against him are hidden.  'Nepal Electricity Authority Executive Director or General Manager Service Conditions and Facilities Regulations, 2061 on which of the conditions mentioned in regulation 22 is going to be actioned? The offense from the ministry has been revealed through the clarification which is not confirmed, Ghising said in the letter, 'without confirming the offense in the explanation, no action can be taken on the false accusation.'

Ghising has questioned Minister Khadka as to how many reasons the explanation given on December 28 was not satisfactory. The basis and reason have not been revealed in the explanation,' Ghising said in the letter. In the absence of grounds and reasons, there is no chance for a proper response.'
