CCTVs are found everywhere from public places to chowks and street corners. It is not a new news that the police have been able to detect the culprits in many incidents and accidents through such surveillance. But those who robbed Bhatbhateni did not pay attention to these things .

Stealing in the middle of a movement is often motivated by mob mentality, circumstances, impulses and the feeling of 'Now is the chance'.
