Whose is Tikapur?

Whose is Tikapur?

Tikapur is not a new place for me. Still at the age of 82, Chandrasingh Bhattarai, who reaches Dhangadhi and Nepalgunj by bicycle, is here.

When I was little, I heard about this place on the radio. I also heard that the Maharaj suddenly rode in a helicopter . Although I met Chandrasingh Bhandari in the midst of the struggle, he was of Satyagraha towards 042.

I was in the service of a politician . Politics had its own desire. But I never did politics . I was in the role of assistant. When Girija Prasad Koirala was the Prime Minister, I had the opportunity to visit different places in the country. At that time I came to Tikapur .

As soon as Tikapur is called a new city, a new residence, a new settlement.

In the recent period, we remember more the community tension generated in Tikapur regarding the federalism of Nepal. When building a new place, it was always kept in mind how to understand it. As soon as Tikapur, Mahendranagar, Rajviraj are mentioned, a picture comes before us regarding the development of Nepal's settlements and cities.

While standing in Tikapur, who is the resident of Tikapur? This name is not very old in the history of Tikapur. Even though Tikapur is an infrastructure, a road, an organized city, Tikapur remains incomplete . It is impossible to say which city and which place will be perfect. Banaras is still Modi trying to make Kyoto . The Banaras that we imagine is not among us anymore. The city is changing over time. Real home takes time. I experienced the difference between

house and home. When we build a house, we say we build it very well. But the kitchen is not available in the morning. Vastu does not match while living. East doesn't match, West doesn't match . It takes time for a house to become a real home. In its 60-year history, Tikapur House is trying to become a home.

I think, there are barely three generations in Tikapur . In terms of making it, he has done a lot of work in festivals. It is trying to become a living society from inanimate. But society is changing so fast .  Our desires and aspirations have increased due to the transmission of generations. Complaints are still heard in the

administration. Karnali Humla Jumla is sent to make us difficult. But even if there was a mutual conflict between the Rana's children, Virta and Mauza were given but Karnali or Palpa were sent . People go from where to where for various reasons. What would have happened if King Mahendra had not come to Tikapur from Dhangadhi. What were the people here? Any event creates a place and environment . The person is also the same. On the way, you meet amazing people, get in touch.

Something to consider standing somewhere is where we are located and from where we observe . We are talking on the ground of experience and behavior. We all have different perspectives. That is the essence of democracy. Even though we all sit in the same place, the standing position is slightly different . Zero is there but the size of the viewing space makes a difference .

What does the mountain look like while standing in Tikapur? What does Madhesh look like? What the community looks like  What does the past look like  ?  What the present and the future look like  ?  That is very important . The important aspect of this meeting is that we share our views.

Now there are many festivals in the month of February. This is what I call mini-democracy. Whatever is happening in the parliament does not matter . But you we in the local place, in the city what is my language, what is my intercommunity ? What is my relationship with a woman? What is the relationship with caste? What is the relationship with creativity? QUESTIONS: What about our society?

Democracy is not only strengthened by parliament. Such gatherings and conversations also strengthen . A religious friend said - Hariji, how much do you talk now?

We barely got to talk. It's been 10 years. After talking for some time, both of them were afraid of wearing green clothes.

People are searching for survival when they leave a place. Here who had already come to settle, came with vigor and zeal.  There were people who had the ability to tear bushes. But here too there were people.

It is my belief that democracy strengthens the dialogue between those who have come and gone. Don't fight over who came first and when. I can do it . There has to be a reconciliation somewhere . People of every language should be able to speak here. But its basic fact is equality. The greatest basic value of democracy is equality .

A society that does not have desire and desire to do something is a dead society . What to do without having high aspirations . Desire is not new to any society. It can be managed . If desire increases, frustration will come. That too can be managed .

But sometimes, if nothing happens in the society, the society tends towards depression . Sometimes, looking at the current migration of Nepal, it seems that it is going towards despair. The society that has come down from the hills and settled in the bushes and crossed the rivers and everything, can that society be an escape?

I believe that individuals can lose but society cannot. Therefore, the possibility of renaissance exists in every society . Not suppressing the problem . We should create an environment where we can talk openly . In the movement of 062/063, we will all be bound by the same formula, even though those who carried the agenda . We are afraid because he left the agenda . Now we are in doubt. The test is given to all of us .

It's not a time to fear, it's a time to create trust . We are talking about personal things. That is a political thing . It's about power and relationships. But we are at the edge of the question . At this time, some literature is created from the knowledge of what Tikapur is. The tension that I see in Tikapur . Creation relieves stress and also gives way . Literature connects and also gives opportunities .

is looking for a way to Tikapur . It's been 40/50 years now . We would like to go home and sleep. But being a city, it is changing. All cities are of the same name. It should be identified. A city has an organic evolution . Organic evolution has not happened in Tikapur . Tikapur is a city built by thinking and remembering.

Chandigarh is also a city built on lines. In terms of creating a city  Chandi Garh is also called failure city . Even though everything was happening, India's concern at that time was that we don't have Lahore. Delhi is far . Punjab is divided and divided. For the dream  Chandi Garh  The city was built . I have seen the strife of that city.

The city is the birthplace of capitalism. A village is a place of feudalism. Therefore  Chandi Garh Where does the washerman live? That city was not built for washermen.

That city was not built for cattle. That city was not built for a bicycle boy. The city was built to be ruled by bureaucrats to keep the elite.

We are still trying to become a city from a village . The social tension it causes is of another kind . If you want to imagine the city of tomorrow, you have to leave the public space. There should also be a place to diversify the

. This is the beauty of democracy. Don't act like you are destroying the existing matrimonial mandala. Please keep the place you don't understand . Only then will the city be complete .
