Chitwan is located in the midpoint of Himal, Pahad and Terai, between Mechi and Mahakali. Chitwan is close to Kathmandu and Pokhara, which has been decided as the tourist capital. Chitwan district is diverse from rhinos to buffaloes. From the point of view of tourism, it is possible to move forward by making Chitwan an "EP center".

Civil aviation is an important facilitator for the richness of nature and culture. This area should give the impression that Nepal's skies are safe. It can be said that Nepal's sky is smooth and dynamic.

By not ensuring that we can board a plane, a helicopter at any time, we are behind . Kathmandu's Tribhuvan International Airport is very busy. Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport is handling twice as many passengers as other airports are unable to operate.

We have passed an action plan to reduce the pressure of Kathmandu Airport and to operate Bhairahawa International Airport, Pokhara Regional Airport on a concessional basis till August 083. We have introduced the facility of reducing the price of fuel and removing the fees charged by the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAN) so that the airlines can operate their services at a concessional rate.

The issue of Value Added Tax (VAT) on airline tickets has not been resolved, the Ministry of Finance has reached . We have already passed the action plan to set up immigration, labor office, quarantine necessary for the workers to go directly. Even when the government announced various service facilities, no new airlines applied in Pokhara. It is said that two-three airlines will come to Bhairahawa.

The main challenge is how to make national and international travelers get used to flying out of Kathmandu and how to add attraction. Also, if some passengers are going to Simra from Bhairahawa, they have to reach Kathmandu and go to Simra. That's why the airport of Kathmandu has to face the pressure . Buddha Air operated for a while . In some places it still is. There is a big challenge to establish the connectivity of Shree Airlines Pokhara to Bharatpur, Pokhara to Nepalgunj, Pokhara to Bhairawa.

Gadhimai Mela is happening next month . For that, the mayor and the team have requested to make arrangements to go to Simra not only from Kathmandu but also from other places. While discussing with the friends of the airlines, I came to know that there is a shortage of aircraft with both private and government airlines . The airline operators informed that they are running at a loss and there is no such environment to add more aircraft.

We have said that the government airlines company will be strengthened, services will be expanded and aircraft will be added. Since there have been disputes in the past when purchasing aircraft, the service will have to be operated by thinking about how to arrange the purchase through a transparent system and what kind of concessions can be given to private sector airline operators to add aircraft. Due to the mountainous terrain, even if quality road infrastructure is built, air transport will be used to save time in the future.

For that, we have to create an environment where the helicopter is ready to go, return and rescue in case of trouble. In the matter of regulating the private sector, an investment environment should also be provided with that kind of trust and arrangement.

When it comes to making investments, if the private sector is created such an environment that the investment is safe by cutting off the adversities that the accused has to face, more investments can be made and the civil aviation sector can be revived . The government will make policies and make laws in that direction with readiness.

The tourism sector contributes 80 percent to the gross domestic product (GDP) of the Maldives. The contribution of the tourism sector to Nepal's gross domestic product (GDP) is only 5 percent. Therefore, a lot of effort will have to be made to increase the contribution of the tourism sector to the GDP.
