On August 31, 2051, Ganeshman Singh, who formally announced that he had left the Congress, criticized Krishna Prasad Bhattarai and called for the defeat of the corrupt Congressmen in the by-elections. Addressing the workers at his private residence in Khumaltar on October 8, 2051, he expressed his anger against party president Bhattarai, Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala and the Supreme Court.

Ganeshman, who has been expressing his displeasure with Koirala since the party's central convention in Kalbalgudi, Jhapa in 2048, expressed more anger towards the chairman Bhattarai after he announced that he had left the Congress. Ganeshman, who had been publicizing his dissatisfaction with the fact that his ideas were never passed in the party, the rise of corruption in the country, Prime Minister Koirala cheating the parliament in the Tanakpur Treaty, dissolving the House of Representatives despite the party's majority and pushing the country into darkness, and that he was happy with political appointments, finally left the party.

Especially after the Supreme Court upheld the mid-term election recommendation made by Prime Minister Koirala, Ganeshman announced that he would leave the party on the same day. He called for the defeat of the corrupt Congress candidate close to Girija Prasad in the mid-term elections to be held on October 27. He said, "In history, Chairman Bhattarai will be written as the biggest criminal and traitor". Ganeshman said that Bhattarai was also offended by saying that Koirala had dissolved the parliament in accordance with the statement that 'there is no bamboo nor flute.' 

Ganeshman appealed to the workers to be aware of themselves and said that Girija Prasad should defeat the closest candidate in the mid-term elections. He asked the people to go door to door to defeat corrupt and corrupt people. He called for the defeat of such candidates.

Bhattarai and Koirala had said that they did not meet and talk to each other even though they left the Congress and the dispute came to the surface. He made his comments very angry. He had repeatedly expressed dissatisfaction with Bhattarai. He accused Girija Prasad and Bhattarai of betraying the nation.
