We are currently discussing that the party should pay attention to these issues. But I am not saying that inclusiveness is the main thing. Leadership selection should be done in a 'meritocracy'. But even when 'meritocracy' is established, inclusion should be taken into account. If only one person's face is seen in the name of meritocracy, whether it is the party or the state, then the other party is opposing it. The other party does not feel a sense of belonging. Democracy is reflected in a party of people-based workers in a way that everyone feels a sense of belonging, and that reflection should also be our party.
