He also alleged that when the contractors went to ask for the money for the work done, the VC and the registrar turned them back saying, "Give the commission first and then I will give the money".

What did the vice-chancellor and registrar want ?
There, from the recruitment of employees to the completion of the employees, they did not consider it .
