There has been an improvement in the results of Grade 12. In the results released by the National Examination Board, 64.13 percent of students have passed. Board spokesperson Jayanti Satyal informed that 69.75 percent of students passed in the regular stream and 42.38 percent in the partial stream.

Last year, 61.17 percent of students were graded. There was an improvement in the student passing rate last year as well compared to 2080. Only 52.15 percent of students passed in the 2080 Class 12 exam.

This year, 332,241 students appeared for the regular stream. Out of them, 231,770 students got a grade. 1471 students failed because they could not get a grade. The board has stated that they will conduct a grade enhancement exam for them on 2 and 3 Shrawan. Only students who have given the regular stream exam will be allowed to participate in the grade enhancement exam.

‘In theory, students who have obtained a grade of D or higher in all other subjects and have obtained NG in a maximum of two subjects or Candidates who are absent in a maximum of two subjects will be allowed to participate in the supplementary (chance) examination,' the notice issued by the board said. Students who want to take the grade enhancement examination will have to apply online. Applications for the grade enhancement examination can be made by paying a fee of Rs. 800 till Ashar 19. If a student is not satisfied with the result, there is an arrangement to re-examine by paying a fee of Rs. 1000.

Among the students who passed, 17,786 have obtained a GPA of 3.61 to 4. 64,821 have obtained a GPA of 3.21 to 3.61. The highest number of students have obtained a GPA of 2.81 to 3.20. 94,249 have obtained that GPA. There are 50,597 students who have obtained a GPA of 2.41 to 2.81. The number of students who have obtained a GPA of 4.01 to 2.40 is 4,308. 6. 9 students have brought 1.61 to 2.0 GPA.

85,929 candidates participated in the partial examination. Out of which 36,420 (42.38%) passed. The board has stated that the examination of 40 candidates, including 30 from the regular examination and 10 from the partial examination, has been canceled. Students with errors in the results can apply to the board within 6 months and correct them. The board has stated that errors such as postponement of results, absence, difference in subject, name and surname, and registration number can be corrected.
