After the resignation of India's Union Minister of Education Dharmendra Pradhan, the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) has officially announced the end of the student movement at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi.
Following the minister's resignation, two government representatives (Union Ministers JP Nadda and Jitendra Singh) held a third round of talks with the CJP delegation (spokespersons Saurabh Das and Abhishek Ranka) for about one and a half to two hours.
After the talks reached a conclusion, at a joint press conference held at the Constitutional Club, CJP spokesperson Ashutosh Ranka said, "All our demands have been accepted. Therefore, we appeal to all protesters to immediately withdraw the movement peacefully and return home."
