US President Donald Trump has said that the memorandum of understanding signed to end the conflict with Iran has been almost scrapped. He stated that he does not want to engage in any dialogue or cooperation with Iran .

Trump made these remarks while in Ankara to attend the NATO summit. When asked about the ceasefire, he paused for a moment and said, 'In my view, it is over. I no longer want to have any relations with them; they are thugs. Their leadership is run by mentally unstable people,' he added, 'I will talk to our negotiators, they want to negotiate. As far as I am concerned, it is just a waste of time.'
