The International Maritime Organization (IMO) under the United Nations is to rescue more than 11,000 ship crew members stranded in the Gulf. According to IMO Secretary-General Arsenio Dominguez, a large-scale operation will be launched to rescue those stranded in the Gulf due to the US-Iran conflict. For this, coordination is being carried out with Iran, Oman, the US and other coastal countries. 'We have ensured the necessary security guarantees and have prepared all the necessary conditions for safe movement,' he said.

Last week, an agreement was signed between the US and Iran with the aim of ending the conflict. The US has claimed that Iran's nuclear program will be under the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) as per the agreement.

US President Donald Trump wrote on social media, 'Iran has fully agreed to high-level nuclear inspections for a long time. This will ensure nuclear integrity.'

Iran responded shortly after Trump posted on social media. Iran said it would not allow the IAEA to inspect nuclear sites attacked by the US and Israel last year.
