Pakistan carried out an airstrike in Afghanistan on Tuesday night. According to the Taliban government, 13 people were killed in the attack. Among the dead were 11 children, a woman and an elderly person. 14 women were injured.

The Taliban government's main spokesman, Zabihullah Mujahid, said that Pakistan had violated Afghan airspace. The Pakistani army has accused it of bombing civilian homes in Kunar, Khost and Patna provinces. He also released photos of the injured.

However, Pakistan has not yet given any official information about the attack. The attack came at a time when relations between the Pakistan and Afghan governments are tense. There has been continuous firing along the border between the two countries in the past few months.

On Tuesday, six Pakistani security personnel were killed in an attack on a border post in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. According to Pakistani officials, eight insurgents were also killed in the attack. The attackers were trying to capture the post, the official said.
