Iran has sent a 14-point proposal to end the conflict with the US. Iran has put forward this proposal through Pakistan.

The main points of the proposal include resolving all problems within 30 days and ending the war, ensuring that the US will not attack in the future, withdrawing US troops from around Iran, lifting the blockade imposed by the US Navy, releasing Iran's frozen assets, paying war reparations, lifting economic sanctions, ending the war in Lebanon, and creating a new mechanism for operating the Strait of Hormuz.

Earlier, the US had sent a 9-point peace proposal to Iran through Pakistan. It mentioned a two-month ceasefire, according to Iran's two semi-official media outlets Tasnim and Fars.

US President Donald Trump has said that he will review Iran's proposal soon. He has also doubted the agreement since Iran has made many demands. “I will soon review the plan that Iran sent us .

However, it does not seem acceptable because they have not yet paid a heavy price for what they have done against humanity and the world community in the past 47 years,” he wrote on the social network Truth Social.

Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi discussed the new negotiation proposal with his counterparts from various Asian and European countries on Friday and Saturday.

In separate telephone conversations, he discussed the regional situation with officials from Turkey, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iraq, Azerbaijan, Russia, South Korea, Japan, France, Italy and other countries. He also consulted with the European Union’s foreign policy chief.

Araghchi said that US and Israeli military activities have increased insecurity in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz. He said that Iran is open to a diplomatic solution if the US abandons its tough policies, threatening statements and provocative actions.

He also said that Iran's armed forces are fully prepared to face any potential threat.

The war that began with the US-Israeli attack on Iran on February 28 has so far caused huge losses of lives and property. Despite a ceasefire between the two sides on April 8, no agreement has been reached to permanently end the war.
