US Vice President JD Vance has said that there is no agreement with Iran. He said that it is sad that the two sides have not reached an agreement despite the ongoing talks for 21 hours. He said this while holding a press conference during the talks held in Islamabad, Pakistan. He said that the talks include the Strait of Hormuz, Iran's nuclear program and a complete end to war in Iran. Vance claimed that Iran's nuclear program has been destroyed. But he said that Iran needs to make a commitment not to develop nuclear weapons in the future. 'We have not seen that yet. We hope that they will make such a commitment,' he said.

'We are returning to the United States with a very simple proposal here. Let's see whether Iran accepts it or not,'  he added, 'but so far we have not been able to get Iran to agree to our terms.'

Similarly, he thanked the Pakistani Prime Minister and Field Marshal Munir. 'Whatever the shortcomings in the talks,  the Pakistanis have done a wonderful job,' he said.
