Amid the ongoing war with the US-Israel, Iranian President Masoud Pejeskian has set conditions for ending the war.
In talks with the leaders of Russia and Pakistan, he said he had reiterated Iran’s commitment to peace in the region.
“The only way to end the war that Israel and the US started is to recognize Iran’s legitimate rights, compensate for the losses caused by the war, and provide strong international guarantees to prevent any future attacks,” he wrote in X.
President Pejeskian’s statement came at a time when tensions are rising in West Asia due to the ongoing tensions between the US and Iran.
