216 people have been killed in action by Pakistani security forces in Balochistan. The Pakistani army has released a list of those killed in the protests over the past few days.

With this, the army has said that the ' operation in Balochistan has been successfully completed. The Pakistan army claims that the insurgents instigated by India staged an agitation here. The army claims that it took swift and coordinated action against them after collecting the necessary information. On 31 January, the Pakistani security forces launched an operation after a series of attacks in different areas of Balochistan. During the operation, the leadership, command and control structures and operational capabilities of the insurgent networks were significantly weakened, the army's communications wing has informed. The army said in a statement, ' Through meticulous planning , actionable intelligence and continuous joint execution , Pakistan's security forces and law enforcement agencies (LEAs) in collaboration with intelligence agencies have retaliated with determination under Operation Ul Fitna 1. '

The army said that 36 innocent civilians lost their lives during the operation. Similarly, 22  soldiers have also been killed.

The army also said that the weapons recovered during the operation appear to have come from foreign countries. He said that the banned group Baloch Liberation Army is targeting innocent civilians and workers. He also accused the group of operating at the behest of India. ' Pakistan will not compromise on its unity , development and people's security ,' Bugti said.
