International media reported that five hours of talks in Moscow on Tuesday between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump's special envoy failed to reach any agreement.
Although the talks were positive, Moscow could not accept some of its provisions, the Russian presidential spokesman said. Steve Witkoff and President Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner participated in these discussions from the US.
