Andriy Yermak, a chief adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, has resigned after police raided his home on corruption charges.

On Friday, Ukraine's two main anti-corruption agencies raided Yermak's apartment. Yermak has since said he will fully support the investigation. He has been Zelensky's chief adviser and close ally since the start of the Russia-Ukraine war. Zelensky recently appointed him as his point man for talks with US President Donald Trump. However, in recent weeks, corruption scandals in Ukraine have dragged the Zelensky government into controversy. Yermak resigned after President Zelensky resigned and asked him to help with the investigation.
