After the 10th Congress held in 2022, the dispute started in NRNA ICC. In the 10th Congress, the candidates for the president of ICC Dr. The competition between Badri KC, Mahesh Kumar Shrestha and RK Sharma led NRNA to split into two sides.
Even though the KC side was elected, Shrestha and Sharma sides maintained the stance that the election was not fair and did not accept KC's leadership, and the internal conflict in NRNA reached its climax. As the internal conflict of three years ago remained, the NRNA was finally divided into two different groups in America.

"Even if there are some disputes to come to the leadership, the situation is still there that we can reconcile and make NRNA America a unit," he said, "That's why unity and discussion are necessary between us." The center has to understand and show readiness to solve the problem in this way.
NRNA also alleged that the current situation was created when the internal dispute was handed over to the political parties of Nepal and that the political parties of Nepal played a role in weakening the NRNA.
Another president Sah said that he came to the leadership to unite NRNA. He also claimed that he would not disappoint the voters by starting an initiative to solve the internal problems of NRNA America soon. "There is no option to unite, even if the question of authority is on one side, my emphasis will be on solving the problems of the NRNs in America by strengthening the NRNA," he said.
