At least 20 people died and 134 were injured in an explosion in a factory located in the Shilovsky district of the Ryazan region of Russia, according to the regional operational headquarters.

According to the Russian News Agency (Tas), 31 of the injured are being treated in hospital, while 133 have been treated as outpatients. Officials related to

have said that the search and rescue operation is still ongoing.
