Israel has rejected the worldwide criticism of the Israeli Security Cabinet's decision to take control of Gaza City.

Israel's Defense Minister Israel Katz has said that any country's condemnation of Israel and threats of sanctions cannot weaken its resolve against terrorism. 

He said, 'Our enemy will find us as a strong and united fist, which will launch a powerful attack against them.' Many countries including the United Nations, Britain, France and Canada have condemned it. Germany has also warned to stop military aid to Israel.
