London's Southend Airport has been closed until further notice after a small plane caught fire.

A 12 meter long plane caught fire in Southend-on-Sea on Sunday. So far, no human casualties have been reported. 

Airport authorities have suspended flights until further orders and any updates will be communicated to passengers. The administration has asked people planning to travel on Monday to contact their airlines.

The Dutch company Zeus Aviation has confirmed that it owns the crashed aircraft Flight Sujeti. The company has said that it is assisting in the investigation of the accident.
