US President Donald Trump has announced that he will impose a 50 percent tariff on Brazil from August 1.
He has also published a letter about S on Truth Social. In the letter, Trump accused Brazil of attacking American tech companies.
Trump has also accused the Brazilian government of spying on former President Jair Bolsonaro. On the other hand, Bolsonaro is also accused of trying to change the results of the general election in Brazil in 2022. There is also a case going on about this matter.
After Trump's announcement, Brazilian President Luis Lula da Silva said that they will also impose tariffs against the American tariffs.
