The official X account of the international news organization Reuters has been blocked in India. It is reported that Reuters' X account has been banned due to legal demand.
However, Reuters has yet to comment on the ban. The handles of Reuters such as Reuters Tech News, Reuters Fact Check, Reuters Pictures, Reuters Asiar Reuters China are still running. According to
X, some countries, including the US, have laws that apply to the content of posts and X accounts. According to X, if there is an order from the court, the contents can be stopped and the account can be banned according to the local law.
