Vishwas Kumar Ramesh, the sole survivor of the Air India plane crash in Gujarat's Ahmedabad on Thursday, has said that he is not sure how he survived.

 Air India flight AI-171 Boeing 787 flying from Ahmedabad to London's Gatwick Airport crashed, killing 241 people. There were 242 passengers on board. 

British citizen Biswas was sitting in seat number 11 'A' of the ship. Biswas, who is undergoing treatment at the Civil Hospital in Ahmedabad, told DD News, 'I am still not sure how I survived. At first I thought I was near death . I opened my eyes, unbuckled my seat belt and tried to get out.'

He also said that the part of the ship he was on did not hit the building. A part of the ship is stuck in the building . He believes that the part he was sitting on fell to the ground. He says, 'The door where I was sitting was broken . I saw a small place . That's where I tried to get out.'

He also says that he saw the death of the plane's crew and passengers in his own way. He has also said that he has a burnt dob ​​on his left hand. Immediately after leaving the ship, he was staggered and taken to the hospital in an ambulance. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached the hospital on Friday morning and met with him.

The Air India plane carrying 230 passengers and 12 employees reached Bajarin at the nearby medical college hostel after taking off from the runway. There were 12 'cabin crew' members including 2 pilots and 230 passengers. 169 of them are Indians. Similarly, Air India said that there are 53 passengers from the UK, 7 passengers from Portugal and 1 passenger from Canada.
