America's most powerful man, President Donald Trump, and the world's richest man, Elon Musk, are now in a very public spat as the relationship deteriorates. Although many predicted that the 'bromance' between these two, who are fierce, self-centered and do not like criticism at all, would not be sustainable, it was not thought that they would turn to accusations and insults so soon.

Trump also supported this closeness. Not only has he pushed Musk for all of his major donations and political endorsements, he has consistently defended Musk's business and anarchic style as his favorite person.

In an email on February 27, Trump wrote, "I like Musk very much, the media has not liked our closeness and is trying to separate us." But they won't succeed, because Musk is a jerk. Trump called Musk a "great man" in several public statements and social media posts. At his swearing-in and victory rally, Musk also had a prominent seat. 

Trump's son called 'The Biggest Bromance in History' i.e. the best friendship in history. Both Musk and Trump used to present themselves as outsiders in Washington politics. They gave a message that they are against traditional politics and want to destroy it. The two seemed to share almost the same views on issues such as immigration, the overburdening of the US government, the erosion of family values, inclusive policies and US involvement in some countries outside its borders.
