American President Donald Trump and billionaire Elon Musk, who is also his former senior adviser, have publicly criticized each other. During the meeting with the leader of Germany in the Oval Office on Thursday, Trump, who is also his adviser, went to deny that Musk suddenly started digging against him on social media.
A few days ago, the billionaire Musk was heavily criticized by Trump regarding the tax and spending bill passed in the House of Representatives (the lower house of the US Parliament). He also commented on this as a 'disgusting' step. Musk posted a response to Trump on social media and said, "This bill was passed overnight without even showing me once, so quickly that almost no one in Congress was able to read it." He has been saying that Musk's move has surprised him by terming it as 'absolutely disappointing'.
Musk was actively involved in Trump's campaign. He has been the chief advisor of the President's office since last January and has recently given up his position a week ago. Trump said that Musk had forgotten that he had previously worked in the White House and that "Trump derangement syndrome" had taken root in him.
"He hasn't said anything about my personal concerns, but I'm sure that will come," Trump said, "but I'm very surprised and disappointed with Alan, because I've helped him a lot."
