US President Donald Trump has claimed that there is a ceasefire between India and Pakistan because of the US. During a press conference on Monday, President Trump said that America played a role in bringing about a ceasefire between India and Pakistan.

Trump has also claimed that the conflict between the two South Asian countries has ended because of him. He said, 'On Saturday, my administration helped for a complete and immediate ceasefire between India and Pakistan. I think this is a permanent ceasefire. Because of this, the dangerous conflict between the two countries with a large amount of nuclear weapons has ended.'

Trump also claims that the two countries are ready to end the conflict because America will stop trade. We said - we helped a lot. We do a lot of business with you. If you stop fighting, we will continue, otherwise we will not do business with you,' said Trump. He said that he was holding trade talks with India and would soon hold talks with Pakistan.

He says that many lives were also saved when the nuclear tension was stopped. He further said, 'We have stopped the nuclear tension  . There could have been a nuclear war and millions of lives could have been lost.'
