In response to the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, India launched 'Operation Sindoor' from Wednesday and said that it has 'deactivated' Pakistan's air defense system in Lahore.

The Indian Defense Ministry has said that the Indian Army has targeted air defense radars and systems at "several locations" in Pakistan. "It is reliably known that the air defense system in Lahore has been deactivated," the statement said.

However, India did not provide more details about how the air defense system was targeted.

India launched 'Operation Sindoor' on Wednesday morning and continued its attack on Pakistan on Wednesday night. Pakistan has claimed to have shot down 25 Indian drones since Wednesday night.

India says that Pakistan also fired some missiles and drones during that period.
