Cutbacks in federal health workers have begun in the United States. The employees came to know about the cuts only when they reached the office gate on Tuesday.

Employees who came in a hurry to reach office hours were stopped outside without being allowed to enter. Several top officials are also in this reduction. 

US Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced last week that 10,000 workers will be laid off.

The US President's Office said last week that it plans to lay off 3,500 employees of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Since

, 2,400 employees have been cut from the United States for Disease Control and Prevention. In addition, the administration has fired 1,200 employees from the National Institute of Health.
