Heathrow International Airport will be completely closed on Friday. The airport will be closed due to a severe fire in the nearby electrical substation. A fire broke out in a substation where electricity is supplied to one of the busiest airports in Europe.

According to the BBC, at least 1,351 flights will be canceled on Friday. Due to the fire in the substation, electricity supply has been stopped in more than 4,900 houses. Similarly, 150 people have been rescued from around the substation. The BBC has informed that the cause of the fire has not yet been discovered.
